You will receive coaching in somatic mindfulness practice. This is a practice one engages in to discover the inner voice or intuition, and to engage with the body as a partner. I guide you to notice, attend to, and acknowledge the small internal voice and to validate this as your true inner wisdom. This practice invites the wisdom of the body online to support the work of the mind. Helpful with anxiety, depression, stress and coping. We explore resources such as: coping strategies, education on herbal and nutrition strategies, and lifestyle resources to support your bodymind and nervous system healing.
